Our lawyers regularly advise on matters pertaining to mineral resource exploration, development and utilization. We provide full range of legal services to both domestic and international mining companies as we have expertise in assisting clients in preparation and negotiation of joint ventures, operating agreements, financial or technical assistance agreements and other mineral agreements both with claimants and the government. We also engage in related due diligence work leading to the acquisition of mining rights.
