Advisory to All Registered Foreign Nationals on Filing of 2019 Annual Report
The Bureau of Immigration issued an advisory reminding all concerned registered aliens to report in person to the Bureau of Immigration (BI) Main Office at Intramuros, Manila, or to the nearest participating BI offices not later than March 01, 2019 to file their Annual Report.
Failure to comply shall result in imposition of administrative fine, additional fees and/or imprisonment, at the option of the Commissioner of Immigration.
In certain cases, an alien may be exempt from personal appearance and may appoint a representative to process the filing of his annual report. The representative must be duly authorized with a notarized power of attorney and must have with him all the documents necessary for the filing of the 2019 Annual Report.
