Deferment of Implementation of Requirements of the New General Information Sheet (GIS) under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 17 Series of 2018
Per Commission En Banc Resolution on 27 June 2019, the implementation of the requirement to disclose beneficial ownership information in the General Information Sheet (GIS) has been deferred to 31 July 2019.
