Online submission of 2023 Annual Wage Report until 15 June 2024
Per Labor Advisory No. 03 Series of 2024 issued by the Department of Labor and Employment on 22 March 2024, all private establishments shall submit their annual establishment report on wages for calendar year 2023 no later than 15 June 2024.
through the 2023 Annual Establishment Report on Wages online portal.
The annual report shall contain the verified itemized listing of the establishment’s labor component, specifying the names of their rank-and-file employees, including learners, apprentices, and workers with disabilities who were hired under the terms prescribed in the employment contracts, and their corresponding wages and salaries, in compliance with Article 124 of the Labor Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 6727 or the Wage Rationalization Act.
The annual wage report for calendar year 2023 shall be as of 31 December 2023.
